Blossoming Jacaranda in all NSW

Today, my colleagues forbid me to work, so I went for a tour in the city and took alot of pictures of the blue Jackaranda trees. I was in the Royal Botanical Gardens for most of the day and guess who I met when walking back to the train station? Mr Pigeon!

Distribution des taches menageres

I was reading the Sydney Morning Herald and found this interesting article. It talks about how households are impacted by women become more present on the market with their professional careers. With them spending more time out of the house, will the men help taking care of the chores at home? Apparently, Australian men would rather let their lady do the work around the house... And if she can't, then Pizza, take-away food other services ensue... Definitely not like that in Quebec, where chores are most of the time divided 50-50.

Ca semble bien different du Quebec ou les gars ont du accepte cette realite et faire la vaiselle, la lessive et tout... A ce sujet, la femme quebecoise demande-t-elle plus que l'australienne? Un Brad Pitt a motocyclette, recicant du Rimbaud et s'occupant du bebe? C'etait pas une chanson de Beau Dommage ca?
